An experienced FA Level 2 coach, Phil founded Kinnerz Coaching in 2006 after two years working as a coach at Steve Fallon Sports. Born in North Cambridge, Phil has three younger siblings, one of whom – his brother, Michael – he works with. Hardworking and organised, Phil has always thrived on sport and has become a passionate advocate of its importance to the community. He is the player-manager of two successful five-a-side football teams and the manager of the Cambridge Community Vets team. He supports Manchester United, doesn’t drink or smoke, and enjoys cycling, football, TV series and adventurous holidays.
