Community services

Thursday football club

Held at Orchard Park from 5 pm to 6 pm and open to 7- to 11-year-olds, our Thursday football club is run by Coach Kinnerz himself. Children are split into two age groups and enjoy a great mix of training, fun and games.

Friday football club

Held at the CRC Kings Hedges Road 4G pitches from 5.15 pm to 6.15 pm and open to students in year 7 or above – with confident year 6 students also welcome. This group focuses on bridging the gap between primary and secondary school students with coached matches and tournaments.

Saturday football club

Over 150 children attend this club every year. Held at North Cambridge Academy from 10 am to noon and open to 3- to 13-year-olds, it’s structured for kids that love football but don’t play for a team. Each age group is managed by experienced coaches and assistants, making it perfect for new or shy children.

Football team coaching

Hire an experienced coach to run training sessions that meet your kids’ football team’s requirements for development and enhancement. For under-sevens to teenage teams.

Football fun days

Held at CRC Kings Hedges Road and North Cambridge Academy from 8.30 am to 4 pm in half terms and summer holidays. Well-supervised and packed with non-stop football fun and games, football fun days provide a safe, positive and empowering environment for kids of all age groups over five to make friends and enjoy football.

Wednesday beginners football for women

Held at Chesterton Sports Centre from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm, this group enables women and girls, mums and daughters – and aspiring lionesses – to enjoy learning the basics of football in an active, fun, social environment.

Men’s and women’s football

We organise regular separate and mixed matches and sessions for all abilities all year round, usually held on the 3G and 4G pitches at Chesterton Sports Centre and CRC Kings Hedges Road. We supply the officials and equipment – you turn up and play! Contact us for more details.

Men’s 35+ football

The Cambridge Community Vets football team is managed by Coach Kinnerz and plays over 20 friendlies against local teams from August to May every year. If you’re a well-seasoned player looking to join a casual vets team, please feel free to get in touch.

Private football coaching for kids
